Path To Hope was created as a space for honest conversations about mental health, human connection, and the things many of us were never taught how to talk about.
As a speaker, author, mental health advocate, and immigrant parent, I’ve seen how often emotional struggles go unnoticed — not because people don’t care, but because many of us were never given the language, tools, or examples to recognize them early.
For a long time, I believed being a good parent meant making sure my children were successful, responsible, and prepared for life.
What I’ve learned over time is that emotional connection matters just as much.
This space is about those conversations.
You can expect reflections, practical insights, stories, and gentle reminders that healing doesn’t only begin in moments of crisis — it often begins in everyday moments of awareness, honesty, and connection.
